TONY K. PANTONE, AIA, LEED AP / PRINCIPAL
Tony is our President and primary design architect. Respected for his strong leadership qualities, Tony is particularly adept at fostering communication with clients and colleagues. Tony brings an inspired and collaborative design approach, exceptional understanding of detailing, and thoughtfully executed design to every project he completes.
In his limited free time, he can be found riding his bike to work, backpacking or skiing in Utah’s beautiful mountains, or building modern cabinets and custom furniture for his continually evolving residence remodel. Tony also enjoys traveling with his wife Sabrina and experiencing architecture from other cultures and environments. He is a prolific sketch artist and uses the process of sketching to document his travels and to inform his design process. Tony and Sabrina are the parents of four children and two beautiful granddaughters.
ASHLEY BADALI, NCIDQ, SCCID, IIDA / SENIOR INTERIOR DESIGNER
Meet Ashley, our senior interior designer. She turns project goals and concepts into reality, striving to make life more beautiful with each of her designs.
Ashley loves traveling for the adventure and to get inspiration from architecture, nature, and design.
Outside of the studio, Ashley loves sharing her expertise. She’s an instructor at Weber State University in the Interior Design Department, where she encourages her students to find their own creative spark.
NORM YOUNG, LEED AP / PROJECT MANAGER
Norm is a Utah local, born & raised. He enjoys all aspects of the building process which makes him cognizant of the overall parameters of a project. When he is not using his free time to build a house for his son, Norm likes biking, snowboarding & going on dates with his wife.
HANNIA SEEFOO GONZALEZ / JUNIOR INTERIOR DESIGNER
Hannia is passionate about interior design, architecture & art. She strives to design unforgettable spaces through creativity & functionality. She loves hiking with her dogs, playing soccer, cooking for her family & painting in her free time.
ETHAN HEINER / DESIGN TECHNOLOGY SPECIALIST
Meet Ethan, our Design Technology Specialist! Ethan is known for his reliability, technological skills, and adaptability, allowing him to excel in diverse project scenarios. He assists the design team by coordinating the process of generating digital models and integrated data information for the project. He understands not only how a building goes together, but also how it can be modeled accurately in a BIM environment. The evolution of simple sketches into technical drawings is a testament to Ethan's passion for the design process.
Outside of work, his passions extend into the landscapes of his home state, where you can find him cruising his motorcycle or tearing up trails on his mountain bike. Self-categorized as a "car guy," his love for design is integrated into his personal life when fixing cars with his friends. More than anything, Ethan cherishes his beautiful girls-his wife, Megan, and their darling daughter, Lily.
ALEXIS SCHENCK / STUDIO MANAGER
Alexis manages day-to-day operations and studio management of our firm in support of delivering excellence in design.
At the root of her appreciation for the design world is an already existing admiration for art nourished by her attendance at NYAA. Next to the aesthetics of architectural design in the workplace, her inspiration is gained through calling Ogden Valley, home.
Outside of the office, Alexis will be an opportunist for nature’s beauty by spending time in the mountains, cherishing family time, or at her easel.
AMI JORGENSON / DESIGN TECHNOLOGY SPECIALIST
Ami was born and raised in Ogden, Utah, and loves the city’s history and culture. She fell into the world of architecture after exploring different fields of engineering and design. She enjoys being a part of the design process, helping bring visions and ideas to life. In her free time, Ami loves being out in nature, kayaking, skiing or snowboarding, camping, and spending time with family and friends.
