TONY K. PANTONE, AIA, LEED AP / PRINCIPAL

Tony is the President and primary design architect at Studio 333. He holds a Master’s degree in Architecture from the University of Utah and is both a licensed architect and a LEED Accredited Professional. With decades of experience, Tony leads the firm’s design vision through thoughtful detailing, inspired collaboration, and a deep commitment to design excellence. Known for his strong leadership and communication skills, he fosters meaningful relationships with clients and colleagues alike.

Outside of work, Tony enjoys biking, skiing, and building custom furniture for his ever-evolving home remodel. He and his wife, Sabrina, love to travel and explore architecture around the world, which he often documents through sketching. They have four children and two granddaughters.

ASHLEY BADALI, NCIDQ, SCCID, IIDA, ASID / SENIOR INTERIOR DESIGNER

Ashley is the Senior Interior Designer at Studio 333. She earned her degree in Interior Design from Weber State University and is SCCID and NCIDQ certified, with additional credentials through IIDA, and ASID. Ashley transforms project goals into meaningful, beautiful spaces through a thoughtful and collaborative design process. She also shares her expertise as a professor in Weber State University’s Interior Design program, where she inspires students to discover their creative voice.

Outside the studio, Ashley finds inspiration in travel, architecture, and the natural world.

HANNIA SEEFOO GONZALEZ / INTERIOR DESIGNER

Hannia is an Interior Designer at Studio 333. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Interior Design with an emphasis in Professional Sales and began her career at the firm as an intern in 2022. Hannia plays a key role in supporting the interiors team across all design phases—researching and sourcing finish materials, modeling in ArchiCAD, and creating visual renderings that bring concepts to life. Her passion for interior design, architecture, and art is evident in her thoughtful approach to creating spaces that are both functional and memorable.

Outside the studio, Hannia enjoys hiking with her dogs, playing sports, painting, and cooking for her family.

TREVOR BELL / ARCHITECTURAL DESIGNER

Trevor is an Architectural Designer at Studio 333. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Weber State University and a Master of Architecture from the University of Utah, where he completed the intensive 3+ program. With a background in construction and a passion for materiality, historic preservation, and adaptive reuse, Trevor brings a practical yet design-focused perspective to the studio. He coordinates digital modeling and data integration, ensuring project accuracy and consistency, and leads detailing and quality control throughout all phases of design and documentation.

An Ogden native, Trevor is proud to work in his hometown and enjoys fishing, backpacking, and spending time outdoors with his wife, Deborah, and their daughter, Devyn.

NORM YOUNG, LEED AP / PROJECT MANAGER

Norm is a Utah local, born & raised. He enjoys all aspects of the building process which makes him cognizant of the overall parameters of a project. When he is not using his free time to build a house for his son, Norm likes biking, snowboarding & going on dates with his wife.

AUBREY PANTONE / STUDIO MANAGER

Aubrey is the Studio Manager at Studio 333, where she oversees daily operations, coordinates internal processes, and supports the team in delivering efficient, high-quality work. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Western Governors University, a background that reflects her strong attention to detail, organization, and commitment to precision.

An Ogden local, Aubrey takes pride in contributing to the behind-the-scenes work that brings thoughtful design to life in the community she calls home. Outside the office, she enjoys spending time with her husband and two daughters.

AMI JORGENSON / DESIGN TECHNOLOGY SPECIALIST

Ami was born and raised in Ogden, Utah, and loves the city’s history and culture. She fell into the world of architecture after exploring different fields of engineering and design. She enjoys being a part of the design process, helping bring visions and ideas to life. In her free time, Ami loves being out in nature, kayaking, skiing or snowboarding, camping, and spending time with family and friends.

ETHAN HEINER / DESIGN TECHNOLOGY SPECIALIST

Ethan is the Design Technology Specialist at Studio 333. He is currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Architectural Design at Weber State University and brings a strong foundation in construction, digital modeling, and integrated technology to the design process. Known for his precision, problem-solving ability, and technical skills, Ethan plays a key role in coordinating BIM workflows, generating detailed digital models, and ensuring accuracy from concept through construction documentation. His ability to translate initial sketches into precise technical drawings reflects his passion for both the creative and technical sides of architecture.

Outside the studio, Ethan enjoys riding motorcycles, mountain biking, and working on cars with friends. He most enjoys time spent with his wife, Megan, and their daughter, Lily, who are the heart of everything he does.
